TERMS:
- Monthly services are billed upfront and non-refundable once active
- All messaging, persona frameworks, and creative assets remain Savage Sender IP unless specified otherwise
- Strategy sessions and consulting are prepaid and delivered within 14 days unless rescheduled

COMMITMENT OPTIONS:
- 3-month minimum on all campaigns
- 6-month commitment = 5% off all monthly invoices
- 12-month commitment = 15% off all monthly invoices

PRIVACY:
We do not share, resell, or compromise your data. Your customer lists, performance stats, and business details stay confidential. Period.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• All lead counts are projections and not guarantees. Actual output depends on industry size, data access, and your cooperation with onboarding tasks.

• Savage Senders commits to ethical and compliant outreach using best-in-class tools and strategies. We do not use scraped or low-quality data sources.

• You retain full ownership of all leads generated during your contract period.

• Client is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of requested assets including brand messaging, case studies, and ICP documentation.

• Savage Senders reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of contract. Any pre-paid amounts are non-refundable after campaign kickoff.

• No warranty is made regarding specific revenue outcomes, booked meetings, or conversion rates.

• Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of New Hampshire, unless otherwise stated. Legal doesn’t have to be boring — it just has to be clear.
